In this programme, you work 1:1 with Andy to first get clarity on what career path is best suited for you, we find the right roles with the right salary, we apply together and prep you fully for the interview process, giving you all the tools and confidence to make it happen, and we continue to mentor you for 100 days into your new role!

Weekly Coaching & Mentoring
Each week we will meet so that you can not only learn and get educated about what your next steps are, we'll also find the right roles for you, with the right salary and apply together, I'll help you maintain the right mindset, keep you accountable and on track, set actionable goals and answering any questions you have. We prep you fully for interview and aim to give you a choice of roles to choose from. We then mentor you in your new role.
Craft a CV with Confidence
As part of this service, if required, you get a 30% discount on a professional CV and cover letter, created and written by a 20+ year CV writing expert and Vice Chair of the British Board of CV Writers.
Professionally Written LinkedIn Profile
Being on LinkedIn is essential when it comes to finding the career that you want. As part of this service, if required, you get a 30% discount on a professionally written LinkedIn profile, created by the Vice Chair of the British Board of CV Writers.
Clarity 4D Personality Profiling
If you want to delve a bit deeper into understanding your personality type, strengths and potential, how best to work and settle in to a new team and understand how you're perceived by others, we offer a 10% discount on a private 1:1 coaching session with a Clarity4D coach and a full detailed report.
1:1 Support with Andy
You have personalised and 1:1 support with Andy throughout this process. There is no limit on the interviews and application. At any point you can get help, get feedback and get your questions answered. We do all we can to make sure you feel confident and supported throughout your entire journey to your new career.
This programme is £2500 inc VAT and we have a number of payment plan options available for you, to help spread the cost.
