My name is Andy Labrum.

I'm the founder of Blue Light Leavers.

I completed my service in full and Policing was all I'd known from aged 18 to 49  

Since successfully moving to a new career in 2015, I've helped many others do the same, from no idea to dream job offer and from pension top-ups to brand new careers in as little as 5 weeks!
